About Paul

Paul is originally from England and has been based in Australia since the late 90's. Husband to Michelle and father to Uma.

Paul has been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10 years. He offers private yoga sessions to all people who are yoga curious but don't want to go to a typical yoga studio.

This particularly applies to men who want to learn these techniques without the pressure of a public class. With 30+ years in men's hairdressing, he has a practical understanding of how men think and what they're comfortable with.

The focus isn't just fitness - it's mobility and breath. Better mobility supports easier breathing. Easier breathing supports wellbeing. Wellbeing supports a calmer mind and more contentment in daily life.
