The foundational idea: Yoga is a “work in,” not a workout. It’s practical inner work to connect body, breath, mind, and spirit so you feel balanced and present, not just bendy.

And, we don’t overcomplicate it.

These simple, yet very powerful Hatha Yoga practises were taught to us by Dr Yogrishi Vishvketu (Vishva-ji), founder of Akhanda™ Yoga in Rishikesh, India.
