Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk - Private Yoga Byron Bay
I, understand and acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in private yoga sessions, workshops, or related activities offered by Private Yoga Byron Bay (including the instructor(s), facilitators, and any associated parties).
Assumption of Risk
I recognise that yoga involves physical movement, stretching, balancing, and breathing exercises that carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: muscle strains, joint injuries, falls, dizziness, exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions, or other physical or emotional discomfort.
I confirm that:
- I am in adequate physical and mental health to participate.
- I have disclosed (or will disclose) any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or limitations to the instructor.
- I will listen to my body at all times, modify poses as needed, and immediately stop if I feel pain or discomfort.
Release of Liability
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Private Yoga Byron Bay, its instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation, including any injury, loss, or damage (whether caused by negligence or otherwise).
Medical Emergency
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorise the instructor to seek appropriate medical assistance if necessary, and I agree to cover any related costs.
Electronic Acceptance
I acknowledge that by submitting this form and ticking the acceptance checkbox below, I am providing my electronic acceptance of this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk. This electronic acceptance is legally binding and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. I confirm that I have read this waiver carefully, understand its contents, and agree to its terms voluntarily.
