Refund & Cancellation Policy: Private Yoga Byron Bay

We keep it simple and fair. Life happens, plans change - we get it.

Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or change your private yoga session at any time.  
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.

- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or full credit to reschedule.  
- 24 hours or less notice: 50% refund or 50% credit to reschedule.  
- No notice / no-show: No refund.

We handle every situation with common sense. Just message us honestly and we’ll sort it out together.

Refunds
If you paid in advance and cancel with more than 24 hours notice, we will refund you to the original payment method within 5 business days.  
Bank or card processing times are out of our hands and can take a few extra days.

What if something comes up on the day?  
If you or your family are unwell, have an emergency, or the weather makes travel unsafe, just let us know. We are flexible and will usually offer a full credit to reschedule rather than a strict refund. We do request 24 hours notice. 

No returns on sessions already attended
Once a session has taken place, it cannot be refunded. Yoga is a live practice - we show up, we do the work together.

European Union / International visitors
If you are booking from the EU and the law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period, that still applies. Just contact us within 14 days of booking (and before the session date) and we will handle it fairly.
