Mantra & Vedic Recitation
Always been curious about those beautiful, ancient Indian mantras and prayers that you hear in yoga classes?
Many of these sacred sounds trace back to the Rig Veda – some as far as 2000 BCE or earlier – passed down through oral tradition in the Indus Valley for thousands of years.
Mantra practice is a simple yet powerful way to soothe the mind, create inner stability, and cultivate reverence for something greater than ourselves.
